The sterilization paper recorder receives input signals from the thermal resistance PT100 and can display and record trends and numbers of the measured signals. It can simultaneously record scale values, time, and curves of each signal on a 100mm wide paper grid printed by itself, and print channel numbers next to the trajectories of each channel. The measurement signal type, decimal point position, display range, recording boundary, alarm value, hysteresis, system error correction, recording ruler, data printing interval, paper feed speed, printing depth and time parameters can be set through the keyboard, and the set parameters can be protected.
The sterilization paper recorder is an ideal supporting instrument for disinfection and sterilization equipment in pharmaceutical factories, biological product factories, and medical units. It can not only record the temperature curve during the sterilization process, but also control the sterilization process, display and record temperature values and F0 values in real time.

4. Recording function: Equipped with an imported fixed thermal head, it has no ink consumption, no pen position error, and is resistant to vibration. Within a range of 100mm, there are 800 thermal printing points for trend and digital recording of measurement values. The curve is recorded while printing the scale scale and each channel mark. The scale value, current time, and paper feed speed are printed every 100mm.

6. Curve migration function: By setting the recording boundary, the trend recording curves of different channels can be separated.
7. Scale transformation function: For voltage and current input signals, linear scale of the input signal can be displayed and recorded by setting the display range. The display range of thermocouple and thermistor signals is their measurement range.
